John Reyns started his first company, John Reyns Excavating, in 1980, as an owner/operator with just one excavator. Then in 1986 he founded Cobourg Development Services. The company progressed as a two-man operation, with John and one other operator, and has now become one the largest construction companies East of the GTA.
